This recipe technically is not a 15 minute meal unless you, like me can eat dessert for dinner.
However, you can easily make it in 15 minutes but it does require atleast an hour to set.

I skipped the green tea and used gelatin powder rather than leaves. I also used vanilla essence out of a bottle since beans are very expensive.

It does not look like much because I was in too much of a rush to eat it! The texture was perfect! Wobbly and light but I would probably use a different recipe for the sauce next time! It was too light, maybe I should have used less water.
I let it set for about an hour and a half. This is an easy dessert recipe with minimal ingredients and it is sure to impress!
